“Fresh Wave” symbolizes the arrival of new energy, ideas, and creativity in the art world. This exhibition is exclusively dedicated to artists participating with us for the first time. It celebrates originality and the spirit of new beginnings.

Exhibition Description

The primary objective of this exhibition is to foster artistic collaboration across India by providing a vibrant platform for creative exchange, exposure, and appreciation. It aims to inspire emerging artists and art enthusiasts nationwide by showcasing exceptional works from distinguished creators representing diverse genres, mediums, and artistic expressions.

This virtual exhibition will play a vital role in connecting artists, curators, and art lovers, bridging distances and creating a shared cultural dialogue. It celebrates the spirit of unity in diversity through art, encouraging deeper understanding and creative interaction among participants. Hosted on a dedicated online platform, the exhibition allows everyone to experience and enjoy art from the comfort of their own spaces, making creativity accessible to all corners of the nation.

Eligibility

• Open to all artists aged 20 and above (as of 10th December 2025).
• Only artists pursuing art as their career are encouraged to apply for the Exhibition.
• It is necessary that the participants give correct information about himself/herself and the work of art. Any discrepancy in the above shall lead to disqualification at any stage of the contest.

Important Dates

• Submission Start: 17th November 2025
• Submission Deadline: 10th December 2025
• Result Announcement and Online Exhibition: 31st December 2025

Terms and Conditions

• It is mandatory for the participants to fill up the correct information in the form along with their original work of art.
• The entry shall be approved after verifying the information in the form. DE NOVO has the sole right to confirm/reject the entries.
• DE NOVO shall disqualify an entry at any stage of the contest if any discrepancy in information is observed.
• DE NOVO shall be allowed to use the image of the artwork of the approved entries for promotional purposes.
• DE NOVO holds the authority to modify schedules or take decisions as required for the smooth conduct of the exhibition.

• 15 Merit Certificates

All participants will be honored with a Participation Certificate & Memento in hard copy.

Jury

The “Fresh Wave” art work selection process is a completely transparent process undertaken by an accomplished panel of artists and curators. Artists register and fill in their profile details online by email and send their artwork image. The details are then checked, and Google image-check is used to verify that it is not a copy. Following this, the form is accepted and approved by our team.

Once approved, the artworks are saved in our database with assigned reference numbers and details. The judges receive high-resolution digital images (through pen drive or Google Drive) without any artist-identifying information.

The jury members evaluate and mark the selected and awarded works, then return them to us. Based on their assessments, we compile the final list and officially announce the results. Each judge conducts the evaluation independently.

Individuals selected for the award are duly informed via official mail.

The list of winners and their award certificates are then sent to the respective Patron Heads for signature. The signed certificate is subsequently forwarded to the award winner.

The selection of artworks and the allocation of awards are entirely at the sole discretion of DE NOVO (art group).
